HOW TO ORDER

1. Shop On Line  with security and ease with our On Line Ordering System. The Cumquat Tree have partnered with Eway to bring you the most up to date and secure on-line shopping experience.

2. By Phone (9:00am until 5:30pm, Mon-Sat) Office 089 3390043.

3.By Email  info@cumquattree.com.au for assistance with your tailored requests or any further information. No request is too difficult and a member of our friendly team will call you to discuss your requirements.

4. By mail order - simply print off the order form and either post or fax to the relevant numbers on the bottom of the form.  Note; If paying by cheque, goods will be despatched on clearance of cheque.

 AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

For deliveries within Australia, the cost is $9.95 incl GST.  This is the total postage charged regardless of number of items purchased.  Please allow 5 -7 working days for delivery.  

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES 

The Cumquat Tree deliver gifts overseas upon request. Delivery expectations and freight costs will be confirmed prior to sending the gift. The Cumquat Tree utilize TNT International for this service.

MAKING AN ORDER

All prices are in Australian Dollars.  Placement of an order constitutes entering into the terms and conditions set out in this section.  The Cumquat Tree will confirm your order by email. You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed and an electronic invoice. The Cumquat Tree's agreement with you comes into existence once The Cumquat Tree have confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact The Cumquat Tree immediately on 089 339 0043.  Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Cumquat Tree.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the unfortunate event that your order has been damaged through the delivery process, please call The Cumquat Tree  to organise for the item to be returned and a replacement organised.

If you change your mind once in receipt of an order, The Cumquat Tree will accept the returned goods wihin 7 days in original packaging.  Note that in these circumstances, you will pay for all postage costs.
